Last night I thought I wanted to do my Multi-genre project on Abraham Lincoln. However, after thinking about my different teaching units and looking at other Muli-genre projects, I have now decided to do mine on Penguins. Penguins are amazing creatures and I think my 1st graders will absolutely love learning about them through my project. If anyone has any books, movies, etc… on Penguins I would love to check them out. Thanks for your help.

I, too, have reexamined my original topic of choice. Something that my students can learn from and enjoy suits me better also. I have some books on penguins but it will be a while before we meet again. Would you like me to bring them after break?
